Keith Conforti

Fine art photography capturing abandoned and shuttered locations that have historic pasts with meaningful stories and captivating beauty (usually created by decades of neglect and decay). Subjects range from asylums, prisons, theaters, shipyards, hospitals, schools, mill complexes, to just about any other location that offers a glimpse into a forgotten past. Each place has a story to share about its former purpose and how time, nature and neglect have conspired to transform it.

Kevin Maxwell

Plein Air and Studio Paintings in Oil and Watercolor.

Kevin began painting in 2003, eventually taking art workshops throughout New England and studying in Pietrasanta, Italy as well as at the Art Students League in NYC. He painted full-time from 2004 to 2010, but business took him away from the easel until returning to it part time in recent years. Living in Cohasset since 2010, Kevin balances his day job as a financial planner with part-time weekend and evening painting sessions. His resulting collection is a mix of older and newer works, plein air and studio paintings, in oil and watercolors. Recently he’s been experimenting with Gyotaku (the traditional Japanese art of printing fish).
